30-day returns and exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags and packaging.
What cannot be returned

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer. Where a return is caused by our error, such as a wrong or faulty item, ASHABI covers return shipping.
How to start a return
Go to My account, open the order and choose Request a return, or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Refunds
